An experimental tea victim of its own success! The tradition of roasting green tea comes to us from Japan, but here we have a local touch: it is the ketsi – traditional Georgian clay-based pan – that is used! With roasting, green tea turns brown, bringing a very pleasant woody aroma. Our opinion: excellent during a meal, especially as an accompaniment to fish or a dessert.
