The delivery times observed are after processing your file by us (1 working day).

♦ Metropolitan France:
For an order of an amount greater than or equal to 49 euros including tax:
shipping costs offered by colissimo followed (delay observed from 2 to 4 working days)
variable shipping costs via express carrier.
For an order of less than 49 euros including tax:
fixed participation of 5.90 euros in colissimo followed
fixed contribution of 3.90 euros in relay point (delay observed from 3 to 5 working days)
Parcels at the collection point must be collected within 10 days of their arrival at the collection point on presentation of an identity document. If the package is not collected within the time limit, it is systematically returned to the sender, we will not be responsible for a possible reshipment.

♦ DOM/TOM :
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the package.
Orders are shipped by Colissimo Tracked, the delivery time indicated by the Post Office varies from 5 to 9 working days depending on the destination.

♦ Europe and rest of the world:
We calculate the amount of delivery costs based on the amount of your order. It appears at the end of the order. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. They are shipped via Colissimo International, Express carrier or Pick-up point.
Customs charges may apply and be required upon delivery of the package in addition to the shipping costs (transportation and packaging costs). It is the buyer's responsibility to find out their amount with the local customs office.
